North Central Poultry Association is pleased to announce the names of participants in the 2023 Emerging Leader Program. Those chosen are Brooke Jasek-DSM Ingredients, Christopher Eagleson-Cargill, Colwayne Morris-Zinpro, Cory Brown-Centrum Valley Farms, Joe Beckman- Forsman Farms, John Brinn-Anpario, John Hoffman-Hendrix Genetics, John Hopp-Hy-Line International, Lauren Nolan-Ridley Feed Ingredients, Karina Arreola-Hy-Line International, Kate Rollette-Egg Innovations, Katherine Hodge-Daybreak Foods, Nick Dreckman-Versova, Nick Moser- JBI Distributors, Zach Hayter-Sterilex, and Ross Milne-Cottingham Butler.

North Central Poultry Association’s Emerging Leader Program will aid in building individuals who wish to contribute to the future of the poultry industry through growth in their own personal careers. Emerging Leaders Program offers a blend of industry networking and educational events that are targeted specifically to the Emerging Leader group.

Experiences will include NCPA and other industry educational meetings, Emerging Leader Tour Day, webinars, board meeting attendance, public policy briefings, networking, and social activities.

Kevin Stiles, Executive Director of NCPA stated, “We have a great group of talented individuals, and a great blend of Allied and Producer members in this class. I look forward to the coming year of events and development, and professional growth for this group. Feedback from our previous classes has been very positive, and I’m excited for this program to grow in 2023.”
